Ah, yes. Prawns and chicken (favourites of mine), in one of my favourite dressings (fresh chilli, coriander, parsley and lime juice). With a massive pile of delicious green stuff (shredded lettuce and veggies, and some watercress and rocket). The reason this gets a mention here is because I’ve recently tried 100% buckwheat soba noodles for the first time, to change things up! I don’t ever really buy processed/pre-packaged foods like this, but have wanted to try buckwheat noodles for a while, and finally gave it a go.
They cook incredibly fast, and have a delicious nutty taste. Yum!
