Appropriately halloween-coloured biscotti!
1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 cup arrowroot, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp date paste, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, some dark chocolate chips and lots of pistachios!
After combining the dry ingredients, I pulsed in the wet ones until a sticky dough formed, before stirring in the chocolate chips and pistachios. I baked it in a log shape for 20 minutes at 350 F. After cooling for 2 hours, I sliced it and baked for another 15 minutes at 350 F.
Yum! These would be great dipped in chocolate at one end.
