I love a good stir-fry. Quick, easy and delicious.
For this I used about 450g diced steak (I think it was sirloin?), a large bunch of kale, garlic/onion/ginger, chicken stock, a shaved carrot, black pepper, chili flakes and a dash each of balsamic vinegar and tamari soy sauce. I also sauteed some mushrooms to go with mine.
Don’t think I need to explain further how to make a stir-fry?
