Sea bass with courgette noodles and pomegranate

A super-simple meal today: pan-fried sea bass, which we had with some skinny courgette noodles and pomegranate, and topped with lemon juice and parsley.

The key to this is to get really fresh fish. Also to get Wern Hao to cook the fish! It had an amazing creamy texture, with the skin nice and crispy.
