To make about 3 servings of mini burgers, I used 400g minced pork, a few dried apricot halves, a large handful of fresh mint, and various herbs/spices (black pepper, turmeric, nutmeg, paprika, as far as I can remember).
I pan-fried these quickly, before finishing them off in the oven.
The BEST bit of this meal was undoubtedly the apple crisps! I thinly sliced the apple, and coated with a mix of olive oil, black pepper, rosemary, paprika, turmeric and chili powder. I baked these at quite a low heat (about 140 degrees), turning periodically, for around an hour until crispy. Place them on a wire rack once baked so that they become extra crispy!
