This was quite an unusual combination of ingredients, but I thought they worked really well together. I basically started with the noodles and prawns, and added things in from there!
I’d been looking forward to trying these black bean noodles for quite a while, and I really enjoyed them – they had a lovely texture.
I stir fried the prawns with garlic, a small amount of chili and ginger, julienned carrots, cucumber, grapefruit, coriander and basil. I stirred in the cooked noodles and topped with some lime juice and zest.
