Seafood seaweed spaghetti

Recently, some major supermarkets have begun selling fresh seaweed.


This is a great pasta substitute, and lends a nice salty flavour to your final dish! It’s very easy to work with as well – just rinse well, then stir-fry quickly with seafood, ginger, garlic and samphire, before drizzling with a little lemon juice.



I really hope this stays in stock for the foreseeable future… unlike spaghetti squash which I haven’t managed to find since last year!
