Harissa-spiced chicken with lime and herb cauliflower rice

Another chicken dinner!

I marinated it in my own harissa blend (olive oil, chili, garlic, cumin, paprika and coriander) for a couple of hours before pan-frying in coconut oil. I toasted cauliflower rice with basil, coriander and parsley to serve, along with kale, avocado and a squeeze of lime juice. Yum!
