Creamy chili and avocado crab with basil and lime

Courgette noodles are one of my favourite bases for a quick and easy lunch. I made a creamy avocado dressing by blending avocado, lime juice, green chili, garlic and fresh basil.


When the noodles were half-cooked, I added in some gorgeous white crab meat and the sauce, and cooked until everything was heated through. I had this with some baby spinach, topped with a little red chili powder!
