Pan-seared chicken livers and figs on toast

Grass-fed chicken liver is so full of nutrients…I love buying it fresh from my local butcher and making a big batch of chicken liver pâté.

For lunch today, I spread some of my pâté on gluten-free ciabatta toasts, and topped with pan-seared black pepper and nutmeg chicken liver and fresh sliced figs.

Really yummy with some gorgeous pea shoots, spinach and baby chard!
