Mmm…hot chocolate cubes! These are yummy to eat by themselves (like chocolate-y gummies…better than they sound, trust me!), but even better stirred into some hot almond milk for a delicious hot chocolate 🙂

I used:
~30g 100% dark chocolate, plus about 1.5 tbsp raw cacao powder
~2tbsp manuka honey
-1 tbsp coconut milk
~4tsbp gelatin
~1.5 cups water in total
-vanilla powder
-a little coconut oil to grease the baking dish
The method was broadly the same! I ate waaaay too many of these all at once, as usual 😛
