I made these beauties so quickly and with so little mess before work that my flatmate didn’t even notice. Why so easy? I’ll leave the lovely Anna over at @proteinpowdr to explain 🙂
To make a stack of 6 mini pancakes, I used:
-30g pea Pow mix
-30g pistachio nuts, crushed (half reserved)
-1 tbsp dried rose petals (half reserved)
-1 tsp cashew butter
-almond milk (as needed)
-1 tsp matcha powder (optional, but adds to the lovely colour!)
-1/2 tsp baking soda
Just mix everything together, fry in a little coconut oil until golden and top with the remaining pistachios and rose petals, some pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of Manuka honey!
