St. Patrick’s Day Marshmallows!

…tenuous, I know!

I wanted something quick and easy to bring into work to share, so I made a batch of my foolproof marshmallows (1/2 cup honey, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp gelatin).

For the swirly topping (yep, I’m still bad at marbling! need. more. practice…) I made pastes from turmeric and moringa powders (just with some boiling water). It kind of worked?

Anyway, I liked them 🙂 The best way to eat them? Melted into your morning flat white, of course! What a treat 🙂
