Warm prawn and passionfruit salad

For a quick and tasty dinner, I sautéed prawns, courgette and plum tomatoes, before adding in the pulp of a few halves of passionfruit. I served this (with all the lovely sticky juices!) over a bed of colourful lettuce, rocket, spinach and watercress.
