For these energy-boosting protein balls, I used:
~100g protein powder (I used a mix of Protein Pow pea mix and some Pulsin rice protein)
-4 tsp coconut peanut butter
-1 tbsp almond butter
-1 tbsp tahini
~3 tbsp Mrs Green Superlife mix
~2 tbsp ground flaxseed (to roll the balls in)
-1 tsp Manuka honey (16+)
-a little almond milk to loosen
I mixed all the ingredients (except the flaxseed) and shaped into around 18 balls before rolling in the flaxseed and chilling.
