Ah, summer. Kind of. Maybe not really. It feels like every time I type another word, the weather changes once again. But, if sunny weather happens to be forecast, I’d recommend making these so you’re prepared!
Mango: ~300g Alpro coconut soya yoghurt, 1 cup pureed mango (plus optional 2 tbsp Pulsin rice protein)
Raspberry: ~300g Alpro vanilla soya yoghurt, 1 cup pureed raspberries (plus optional 2 tbsp Pulsin rice protein)
Ripple or layer into the lolly moulds, freeze and enjoy!
