Seared black garlic and tahini tuna

…with spicy mango salsa and lots of veggies. It really couldn’t get better!

I love taste and texture of black tahini, and it goes so well with the sweet tang of black garlic.

For the salsa, I used about a cup of diced mango, a hot red chilli and lots of choppped spring onion.

Served with some baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and avocado.
