Another delightful snack recipe featuring gorgeous Well + Happy chocolate, this time their lovely creamy matcha latte flavour!
To make the protein truffle part, I used a classic Protein POW batter recipe: 2 tbsp pea protein mix, 1 tbsp cashew butter, a dash of almond milk and a little agave to sweeten (I used about 1 tsp). I also added in 1 tsp matcha powder (Matchaeologist, for it’s lovely deep green colour and great taste). Roll into balls and leave in the fridge whilst melting the chocolate over a bain-marie.
Roll or dip the bites in the melted chocolate and add toppings as desired (I used bee pollen). Leave in the fridge to set before enjoying!
