Crab linguini

Crab is a weird craving, but the other night I was craving it…and noodles.  Voila, crab linguini!

I used mixed white and brown crab meat, peas, parsley, wilted watercress, a squeeze of lemon and some pickled garlic.  The pasta was a mix of konjac noodles and spiralised courgette. 

Quick, easy, delicious and nutritious….what more could you want?!
